How much does Bluecrest cost?

Flat monthly. $240–$260 for the Complete plan depending on pool size; $200–$225 for the Basic plan. No contracts, no surprise fees, cancel anytime.

What’s the difference between Complete and Basic?

Complete is the full-service plan — weekly cleaning, full chemical balance, filter cleans, equipment monitoring, photo proof every visit. Basic covers the weekly clean and chemicals but filter cleans and equipment checks are on you. Most customers pick Complete because the included filter cleans alone usually cost more than the plan difference.

Are there contracts?

No contracts. We bill monthly. Cancel any time from your account dashboard — no calls to retain you, no cancellation fee.

When does the first charge happen?

Your card is saved at signup but NOT charged. The first month is billed on your first service date. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.

Will I get charged for chemicals separately?

No. Chemicals are included in the monthly price. Same for filter cleans on the Complete plan.

What’s included in weekly service?

Every visit: skim, brush, vacuum, full chemical balance, equipment check, and a photo report texted to your phone before we leave. Filter cleans are included on Complete.

Will I have the same tech every week?

Yes. The same tech runs your route every week so they know your pool, your equipment quirks, and your gate code. If your tech is out, you’ll know who’s covering and they’ll be briefed on your pool.

How do I know the visit happened?

You get a text with photos before we leave the property. Chemical readings, work done, and a few visual proofs. No more wondering if anyone showed up.

What if it rains?

Light rain — we work through it. Heavy storms — we reschedule for the next available day on your route and you get a text the morning we’re coming. No charge for rescheduled visits.

Can I reschedule a visit?

Yes. Same-day rescheduling is fine through your dashboard or by texting (832) 246-6716. We’ll move you to the next route slot.

My pool is green. Can you fix it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Green-to-clear cleanup is a one-time add-on (up to $500 depending on severity and your service plan). After we clear it, weekly service keeps it that way. You’ll see the exact green-to-clear number before any charge.

Question 12

Do you do pool repairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pump, heater, filter, leak, salt cell, automation. Diagnostic visit confirms the price before any work starts. Typical ranges: pump $250–$3,000 (capacitor swap on the low end; full pump replacement is the most common outcome), heater $150–$5,000 ($150 minimum for any service call; new heater fully installed at the high end), filter $150–$1,800. Leak detection is a flat $150 with repair quoted separately after we find it.

How fast can you come for a repair?

Same-week appointment for almost every job. Emergencies (no circulation, flooded equipment pad) inside 48 hours.

Do I have to be a weekly cleaning customer to get repairs?

Accepted Answer

No. Repairs are available as a standalone service. Weekly customers get scheduling priority, but anyone in our service area can book a diagnostic.

What areas do you serve?

Tomball, Cypress, Magnolia, Spring, and The Woodlands — anywhere within about 4.5 miles of an existing Bluecrest route. Not sure if you qualify? The quote widget on the home page tells you instantly.

What if I’m outside your service area?

We capture your info and reach out when Bluecrest expands to your neighborhood. Service area expansions usually happen quarterly.

How do I sign up?

Head to the signup page — pool size, condition, plan, address, contact, card. Most signups take under five minutes. You aren’t charged until your first service.

Question 20

Can I pick which day my pool gets serviced?

Accepted Answer

Within your assigned route, yes. We show you the day(s) your address is on the route and you pick the one that works. Same day every week from then on.

Question 21

Do I need to be home for service?

Accepted Answer

No. We just need backyard access — gate code, hidden key, or unlocked gate. If you have a dog, let us know in your account and we’ll plan around it.
